Hey there! Thank you for considering The Wealthy Woman Circle I understand that investing in a course is a big decision, and I want to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. So we’ve created this contract in simple english that outlines everything you need to know about the course, including my 90-day money-back guarantee.

As you read through the contract, please pay attention to the details, especially the terms of the money back guarantee. I want to make sure you understand the commitment I am making to you and the commitment I am asking from you in return.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES.

  1. CLIENT. Client responsibilities are as follows:

    1. Client is responsible for his or her physical and mental well-being. Coaching can trigger emotional, mental, and physical effects. Client agrees to take full responsibility of his or her self-care in the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual areas of his or her life.

    2. Responsibility for choices and decisions that arise from or are related to coaching sessions. Client is responsible for all decisions they make during their time with the coach.

    3. For 1:1 power hour session, the client can reschedule with 24 hours notice. 

    4. Client agrees to be as dedicated as possible and commits to taking action as planned between coach and client. 

    5. Client agrees to make payments on time. If payments are not made on time, client must inform coach ahead of time, and coach may terminate further services. 

  2. COACH. Coach has the following responsibilities:

    1. Providing access to the course materials, including modules, assignments, and worksheets

    2. Hosting live zoom calls and answering questions during the calls.

    3. Responding to your messages and questions in the slack community within 24 hours

    4. Providing feedback and guidance on your coursework and progress if requested

    5. Being available for one-on-one coaching sessions if requested

  1. COACHING.

    1. COACHING IS NOT.

      1. Coaching is not a substitute for any kind of counseling, mental health care, physical or other types of health care, treatment of severe mental, emotional, or psychiatric problems, substance abuse treatment, psychotherapy, or any other therapy.

      2. Coach is NOT a medical, investment, legal, or other professional, and the Client is strongly encouraged to consult a licensed legal/medical/financial / investment/other professional when it comes to certain questions to ensure they are receiving a comprehensive answer from that particular, licensed professional.

  2. PAYMENT AND PRICES. Payment for sessions will be made as follows and as agreed upon by us:

    1. First payments are  due prior to coaching commencing

    2. If Client fails to make payments as scheduled, coaching will pause or be canceled at the discretion of the coach. Previous payments will not be refunded.

    REFUND.

    If, after 90 days of actively participating in the program and putting in 100% effort, you have not seen any improvement in your financial situation, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, you must provide evidence of your course participation and effort, including proof that you completed all the course modules and activities and engaged with the slack community.

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must:

    • Complete/ show up to all sessions

    • Complete all the assignments and worksheets

    • Reach out on Whatsapp groupchat or to me personally for help

    • Show proof of work, such as setting up savings accounts, creating the recommended budget, etc

    Please note that the refund policy does not apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, personal emergencies, or other such Acts of God.

    If, after actively participating in the course, putting in 100% effort, reaching out for help, and completing all the steps mentioned above, you don't see any improvement in your financial situation, I will gladly issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
      

  3. DISCLOSURE FOR TEACHING PURPOSES. Client is aware that Coach may share Client’s stories, anonymously, for teaching purposes, whether it is with another Client or with other members of the Coaching community. The Client will remain completely anonymous unless explicit, written permission is given that the Client’s name and specific details may be used.

  4. TESTIMONIALS. Coach will always ask prior to using any testimonial a Client gives of the Coach’s services. Coach will confirm with Client whether the Client’s full name can be used. Client shall specify how they would like to be quoted. Client reserves the right to refuse to allow their testimonial to be used. All permissions/non-permissions for testimonial use shall be made in writing.

  5. INFORMED CONSENT. Client gives informed consent to engage in coaching services. Client agrees that he/she is using coaching services entirely at his/her own risk.

  6. LATE POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY
    For 1:1 strategy sessions: The cancellation period for each session ends 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make a session. If you are over 10 minutes late to a session, the session will be discontinued and the session will not be reimbursed. 

  1. WARRANTY.

    1. Coaching is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Client warrants that any decisions, actions, or inaction they made and consequences thereof, are their own and at their own risk and that Client takes full responsibility for all emotional, mental, behavioral, and physical risks.

  2. GUARANTEES: Coach makes zero guarantees as to the results of their Coaching services.

  3. STATEMENTS OF INTENT AND RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY. 

    1. Client releases, waives, acquits, holds harmless, and discharges Coach and agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and complies (collectively called, “Coach”) from all liabilities and every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages Client may claim to have or that Client may have raising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by Client or by Coach as a result of the advice given by Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationships contemplated hereunder. Client further declares and represents that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to Client to enter into this Agreement. The Agreement and release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind Client’s heirs, executors, personal repos, successors, assigns, and agents.

    2. Client agrees that Coach may provide Client with other sources of information, including but not limited to links to websites, printed materials, or audio, and Client understands that Coach makes no warranties as to accuracy nor reliability of such information, including their privacy policies. Client will not hold Coach liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use or affiliation with such materials.

    3. Client acknowledges that Coach is not a licensed health care provider and does not engage in patient diagnosis or the practice of medicine. Similarly, Coach is not a counselor or psychotherapist and does not purport to offer mental health care advice. 

    4. Information and coaching provided by Coach does not constitute legal, investment financial, tax, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other types of evaluation, advice, or representation and is not intended to substitute such evaluation, advice or representation.

    5. Client agrees to independently assess any decisions, actions or inactions resulting from or relating to the coaching experience based on medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, financial, or other advice as applicable.

    6. Client understands that results are not guaranteed, and it is the sole responsibility of the Client to make their own opinions, choices and decisions as well as determine appropriateness and effectiveness of services rendered as well as competency of the Coach.

The parties to this Agreement have fully read and understand all terms of this Agreement.
